Studio Information

Many yoga masters believe that one-on-one yoga is the key to going deep within your practice. Traditionally, this is how yoga was taught. Simple: Teacher and student. No packed rooms, no overcrowded lobbies to contend with. The teaching was pure, straightforward and tailored specifically to the client’s goals and requirements. 

 

 

Lindsay's private sessions will do just that. This is the perfect arena to have 100% of her attention to help you further your practice during a time that is convenient to you. You will build a strong foundation and a safe practice to build upon. You will learn how to modify poses by understanding the structure of each pose while maintaining the integrity as you progress deeper into your practice with more challenging postures. 

 

 

Whether you come as a professional athlete, weekend warrior, teacher, student, or the busiest mom / dad in the world, Lindsay will create a session that will leave you feeling great. Typically each session blends a unique mix of traditional yoga, yoga therapy, mobility work, self-myofascial release, music (if desired) and good humor. This means that some sessions will involve more movement while others we will slow down and restore; again all based on your goals. 

 

 

Lindsay aims to help you become an intelligent mover by arming you with the tools that will enhance your day-to-day life.
